History of Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadeyar Ground
The ground was developed on the University of Mysore campus through cooperation between the university and the Karnataka State Cricket Association. A 1997 agreement placed development and maintenance with the KSCA for 20 years. The venue was later renamed for Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadeyar, the former Mysore royal and cricket supporter.
